in operationally expanding ARX’ market presence, fostering key partnerships within the governmental sector,
and building up a foundations for a growing business development team.

Your role and responsibilities
You will shape our positioning and vision by developing your own sales strategies to expand our market
presence and achieve revenue targets within the governmental sector
You will establish and nurture strong, pivotal relationships with key decision-makers across government and
defense agencies, becoming an indispensable bridge to our success
You will be responsible for generating your own governmental sales pipelines and executing on it
You will conduct live demo’s & tests with potential customers and represent ARX at events and trade shows
You will be the catalyst for change by driving forward improvements of existing processes and tech stack
You will be responsible for a two-digit million revenue target in close sparing with our CEO. Are you up for the

Your profile
You bring along a proven experience in the defense industry and/or a background in the military domain
You have an initial understanding of government procurement processes, regulations, and compliance
requirements
You have exceptional communication, networking and presentation skills
You have a strategic mindset and are able to take on responsibility and work independently
You have a strong sense for customers, are resilient and able to quickly adapt, re-prioritise and respond to
changing market conditions
You are motivated to establish a personal network within the defense technology sector
You are interested in ground robotics and dual-use technology
You have a strong willingness to learn about foundations of governmental sales
You have a Bachelor’s degree in business, political affairs, or related field; advanced degree preferred
